La Jolla Beach California
La Jolla is an area by the ocean, famous for its rugged coastline. The Torrey Pines Nature Reserve is located here. Hiking trails pass along it, past pine trees and sandstone canyons. Two courses of the world-famous Torrey Pines golf course are located on top of the coastal cliffs, and stunning views of the ocean open from La Jolla Bay. Shell Beach is home to tidal pools of sea anemones and crabs. Also on the territory of the La Jolla Village area are high-end boutiques and restaurants along the waterfront.
